Carbon XC Wheel from own production made in Germany!!

Our secont developement after The Trail Rim. You may Ask why you need a 32mm innerwith Rim for XC? We got multiple positive feedback from XC and Marathon Racers about our Trail Rim and as well about the with. More Controll and better volume of the Tire brings also there a huge advantage. So we would like to get a lighter Rim but with the same reqirements like at our Trail rim, a robust Product, a verry good Impact strenght, good damping and a dynamic Behavior of the Wheel.

Finally we got a very light rim around 370gramm with the impact strengh like at our Trail rim. Some Competitors don´t reach this with much havier Enduro Rims.

The Perfect Product for technical XC courses and also on a lighter Trailbike it works well!

The Rims are produced in our Own production in Germany.

This are the uniue features of this Wheels:

• Developement , testing and production in Germany

• Damping behavior of the Material and the Layup. On our Testmashine we found out, if we simulate an Impact with 23 Joule, we have resulted on our True Carbon Trail Rim 2000N unlike on an comon Asian made rim 3000N.
  
• rounded Flanges on The rim, without any edges prevent "cuts in the Sidewall of Tires"
• Laminated and not drilled Spokeholes. At the laminating process we stick round inserts between the Fibers, so you haven´t cutted any Fibers and can apply located reinforements for the Spokeholes. This makes this Area much stronger (not longer cracks in this area) and a perfect surface for the nipple. We use on the Driveside around 1300N Spoketension. d
• handbuildet Wheelsets, much more precise and more equal spoketension make the wheel much more long lasting
  

Spokes:

DT Swiss Aerolite, one of the spokes with the highest tensile strenght on the market and still one of the lightest steel spokes. Aditional is the spoke flat forged for a aerodynamic design.

The Dt Aerolite Spoke is produced in Swizerland (Europe)!
